Samantha and Chris are one of those dating app success stories. They met on a dating app over 6 years ago and had a fun first date at a bowling alley. They have been completely inseparable ever since! These two work so well together. They are both easygoing and love to laugh. When I think of Chris and Samantha, the word that comes to mind is loving.
Their wedding was held at the breathtaking Bok Tower Gardens. It is the perfect wedding venue for nature lovers. Bok Tower is a 205-foot marble and coquina Singing Tower that was dedicated a National Historic Landmark by President Calvin Coolidge in 1929. The tower is surrounded by acres of ferns, palms, oaks, and pines. There is a lush backdrop of flowering foliage that makes weddings held here feel like the happy ending of a fairy tale.
Bok Tower Gardens offers a number of wedding packages to fit every couple’s needs. There are several locations to choose from in the gardens, and several ways to tailor your ceremony and reception to each individual couple. This venue also offers packages for engagement parties and proposals, including a catered picnic in the gardens. I can’t say enough about how beautiful these gardens are and how well they photograph.
I don’t like to pick favorites, but Samantha and Chris’s first look was definitely one of the best. Chris turned around and had the biggest smile on his face. It was such a raw and real moment between the two of them. There are several options for couples to choose from when they are planning their ceremony, and Samantha and Chris chose to hold their intimate wedding ceremony down a winding garden path near the base of the tower. The small lawn was surrounded by flowering annual beds that added a splash of color to the background.
It was so much fun to photograph Samantha and Chris’ beautiful garden ceremony. I am so happy for this sweet couple, and cannot wait to see what life has in store for them!
